Robert E. Grenham, Jr. has been
a life long resident of the Town of Norwood.
Attorney Grenham was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1996
and has engaged in the private practice of law in Norwood, Massachusetts
since that time. A licensed real estate broker since 1997, Attorney
Grenham concentrates his practice in the area of commercial and
residential real estate transactions particularly secondary market
loans. Mr. Grenham represents lenders, homebuyers and sellers
emphasizing exceptional service and attention to detail.
David M. Turchetta resides with
his family in Norwood, Massachusetts.
Attorney Turchetta was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1994
and engages in private practice in Norwood, Massachusetts. Attorney
Turchetta is also admitted to practice law in Federal District
Court for the District of Massachusetts, the Rhode Island Supreme
Court, the Connecticut Supreme Court and the New York Supreme
Court.
Mr. Turchetta concentrates his practice in the areas of estate
planning, elder law, probate, real estate conveyancing, and commercial
real estate transactions. He has lectured for SMH Bar Review
and West Publishing Company. Additionally Mr. Turchetta has lectured
for John Hancock Financial Services and FISCO Equity, Inc., on
subjects such as estate planning, long term care issues, and
estate and gift tax. Attorney Turchetta has most recently been
a guest speaker for the Norwood Co-Operative Bank at their "Home-Buyer"
Seminars.
